I would like to think I played some part in this activity but it was really dreamt up by P and Little Man. Little man asked if he could have the play dough out and P's cog's instantly started turning. She started to get out the small fairy cake cases and together they started to fill them with treats they made from the shop brought play dough and our cutters.

Little man was manning the till and P was teaching him how to count up the play dough coins she had made for him. P enjoyed inviting me and daddy over the the table to choose the cakes we would like to purchase, she then loaded them up into a basket for us to take home.
I loved the way they played nicely together which rarely happens at the moment and I put this down the the age gap. P is 8 and Little man is 3 so they tend to play very differently but his activity kept them busy all morning and there was no arguing.
