flipping fun!

After a busy day at school for lady P we decided to have some messy fun and make some pancakes for pudding. We use a really simple recipe;
*1 egg
*1 cup of flour
*1 cup of milk
Simples!
After that we have fun flipping them and hoping they land in one piece then we cover them in fresh fruit and ice cream Mmmm.
When I was pregnant with lady P these were all I would eat. I think my love for them may have rubbed off on P Opp's!

    We only have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday in our house...but the kids love them! Maybe we should get flipping more often!! It sounds like fun!

    Pancakes...yummy yummy! favourite breakfast for Kit Kat - favourite toppings fresh strawberries and maple syrup (we do the wholegrain flour version so the kids can have them more often - either way, delicious!)
