It seem's like Spring may finally be here and it could not have timed it's self any better! There is nothing worse then having the children stuck in the house doing the holidays is there?! Over the last few days the children have been able to get out in the garden and dig out all the toys from their play shed. I love watching them discover the toys that have not been out since last summer.
Little man has been helping to dig over his digging area, removing as weeds and adding more top soil. The dinosaurs were given a chance to come back out side and stretch their legs as well as exploring the new pots, stones and drift wood Little man had added to their patch.
P found her large craft and creative materials and got straight to work creating master pieces to decorate the garden for daddies birthday.
It was lovely to see the children getting out and having some exercise chasing their dad around the garden and with the rain due to start tomorrow and continue for the rest of the week I am determined to continue encouraging the children to explore the outside. So I have the Vanish Stain Removal at the ready and our wellies ready at the door for some mega puddle splashing competitions!!
