Product Review- Baker Days Cakes

Last week was P's birthday and Baker Days couldn't have contacted me at a better time. This year she had decided that she wants a Moshi Monster sleep over with her friends so I had planned to make a 3D cake and dessert table for them. I just needed to organise a cake for her birthday which was a couple of days before.

So who are Baker days?
The ‘letterbox cake’ is a brand new product innovation from Bakerdays.com:  designed to be posted and drop safely onto the mats of your family and friends.  It’s the right size to fit through the letterbox so you don’t have to worry about someone being in to take delivery.

There are over 400 designs and five cake flavours to choose from:  Madeira, lemon, fruit, carrot and double chocolate chip.  You personalise your cake with messages and can upload a photo eg the person or a special moment.  Not only does the cake arrive in a neat little tin to keep it fresh but it also comes complete with candles, a gift card, balloons and a party horn.

The cake was not particuarly deep but it was very tasty and moist which is all that worries me with cake. I can't stand dry cake! P loved her birthday cake and has kept the little tin for her moshi monsters. I think this would be perfect as a little fathers day gift and will probably think about using them again for a friends birthday.

Your personalised letterbox cake starts at just £14.99 including delivery.   Simply go to www.bakerdays.com to choose and create your own special gift.  If Royal Mail can reach your loved one, so can a Bakerdays cake.

This post was written i return for a yummy cake!! All thought on the product are my own and in no way influenced by the company I am am reviewing.
