Sharing a Cuppa with the Le Toy Van Tea Set

This week little man has been a little under the weather. It doesn't seem to be this horrible bug that's going round as its only lasted a day but even so I have taken a few days off work to help him get over feeling so poorly. Being a toddler Little Man does not know when to rest up. Instead I have been trying to just involve him in simple play activities that need little energy but will still stop him from getting bored.

We were lucky enough the other day to be sent a beautiful Le Toy Van Tea Set by DollsHouses.co.uk. The tea set is available for just £20.25 on their site usually but we were lucky enough to receive it for free to review.

Little man loved the little tea bag and strawberries with came with the set. The weight of the wooden cups and saucers made it easier for him to handle. The Tea set came with the following:

  • 2 x Cups
  • 2 x Saucers
  • Milk Jug
  • Tea Pot
  • Tea Bag
  • Fabric Cake with strawberries
  • Tea Tray
  • Spoon

Even baby got to enjoy the fun of a strawberry tart and a cup of water.

I have decided to keep the set separate to the rest of the toy kitchen supplies to make it a special toy will will get out when they want to. I'm sure the set will get a lot of use at teddy bear picnics and tea parties.

  1. I like this, very sweet. Have the pink ones. Problem is they go all cracked if get wet and half the fun of a tea party is pouring water!
