Character Options have recently brought out a new glitter set which promises to add a touch of glam to any girls life. The set comes with 60 stickers which children can decorate with glitter before using to decorate their belongings. The sets are aimed at girls aged 6+ and P was sent a set to try out last week and review.
P and Little man were so excited to play with the set. I think craft sets which definitely be on their Christmas lists this year as they both love to spend time crafting. I made sure we got the set out at a time when Tinnie was in bed having a nap so the older two didn't need to worry about him trying to get up to the table to steal the glitter or stickers.
The children helped me to set up the craft set using the picture to help them. The pieces fit in well and the tray works well to keep the glitter under control using a brush to get all the glitter into a scoop which help to put left over glitter back.
The stickers come with an idea of what colour they could be in. They are then peeled off individually so that the different glitters do not get mixed up. P was able to do this herself. The glitter is added using rollers which are dipped into the colour and then rolled over the sticky surface.
So since unwrapping the sticker set P and little man have asked to play with it a few times and usually make 4 each time. We have plenty left over which I will be using as an activity for before tea or when we need to fill some time. This is P's DS. She loves covering all her belongings for school and her toys at home. I think these sets are great fun for when P has friends home from school and I will be looking out for the others to put away for Christmas.
