I have five children and two grandchildren so whenever its any ones Birthday we all get together at my house. The person whose Birthday it is chooses whats for tea. I make the Birthday cake and we open presents after tea. Birthdays are a big celebration in my house, I prefer parties at home than paying to go elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteMy children decide what to do for their birthdays. My 7 year old (whose birthday was last week) chose to go bowling. I work in a school and if it is someone's birthday we turn the lights out in the hall at lunch and everybody sings to them
ReplyDeleteIn my setting we put the birthday song on the whiteboard. All the children get to sing to the birthday song and everyone has a little dance to the birthday song music - including all staff
